As of April 2013, Paul was 46 years old, and weighed 320 Pounds.  To put it simply, he no longer wanted to weigh 320 pounds.

With a familial pedigree that points toward heart, blood pressure, and general health problems, he’s made the decision to proactively stem the tide.

His goal is to complete a marathon, and get down to 199 pounds by regularly exercising and sticking to a healthy diet.
